The inserts came as scheduled. They were crated very well. They fit perfectly. Great product and service.
UV rays, more than any other kind of heat and light, is the biggest cause of fading of furniture and wood floors. UV radiation is harmful to your furniture, art, and floors - it can even be harmful to your health!
With our Museum Grade acrylic glazing, our UV Blocking Window Inserts block 98% of UV rays coming through your windows, protecting your priceless art, heirlooms, and wood floors from fading over time.
To use Indow Museum Grade, where you can extend the life of the floors another 10-15 years between re-finishings, financially, it makes a lot of sense.

But the best part? They blend in with your existing window frames and let other light flow in freely. In fact, once you install them, you might even forget they were there!
Owners of the iconic Case Study House #26 in California used inserts to protect paintings from damaging UV rays and insulate their historic home.
I am amazed at how well they fit in and how easy they were to install, there was a noticeable difference right away and they didn't damage a thing.

Quick delivery and the windows fit very well even with how many anomolies there were in our 107 year old house. Installation took longer than I expected with 12 units to install, but once I figured out what I was doing it went much quicker. We ordered white frames with the plan to eventually repaint all the interior trim. In the mean time, the frames hide very well with our curtains and sheers. We are glad to get the decreased noise and improved thermal performance without ruining the exterior of this historic home.
