The inserts themselves are stupendous! We purchased six total for the noisiest, road side(s) of our home. The outcome was beyond our expectations! Not only did the three rooms that bordered the road become at least 70% quieter, the other end of our home did as well!

I cannot recommend Indow inserts more! The technology makes sense to add the inserts rather than purchasing new windows. Great results and thank you!

For townhouse living, this solved my problem with noise from my neighbor's with my kitchen window. A considerable decrease of noise indeed! Measurements were a bit frustrating so I recommend using a laser measurement device and following directions to use a string for the diagonal. They look great and were easy to push into place. I highly recommend as an alternative to buying a new window.

The process for ordering and installing the Indow Widnow inserts was so easy. They sent the measuring information and it had great instructions. The inserts were delivered by UPS was crushed on one corner, but the company had packed them well, so there was no damage. We installed them the same day. It works best if you have two people completing the installation. We felt the results immediately and are glad we spent the money to make our home just a little more efficient.

Our home was built in the late 1800s and we have spent a lot of money over the last 20+years restoring it.We did not want to replace the windows with modern windows because of the cost and originality. But the single pane windows come with a price also. the main reason we purchased the Indow window inserts is because of the condensation on the inside of the windows.We would literally have a take a towel and wipe them down every morning in the winter. There would be a puddle on the sill,and wood and water dont get along to well. SO we looked into the best solution to our problem and found Indow. Was reluctant to spend that much money but am super glad we did!! They have been installed now for over two months and our condensation problem has been virtually eliminated.!!! AND our furnace does not run as much as it did before. Over all it was money well spent!! The process was a little scary at first but they have a simple formula. And our contact person,Reed was awesome. Answered any questions i had and was always available.

The window fits perfectly and was easy enough to install by myself. It unfortunately does not reduce much noise, if any at all, from outside, that might be something for the more premium versions. I have noticed that it does help keep in warmth however which is nice.

I originally ordered Indow inserts due to loud cars in my neighborhood, and after ordering, the culprit moved away. Still, I installed 2/3 of my inserts due to laziness around moving my window shades at the same time, and I am very, very impressed with the sound reduction. I made a recording of audio blasting through a speaker in the room, behind the window pre-insert, and with the insert installed. The results are incredible. If the old neighbor decides to come back for a visit, I probably will not be awoken again. Customer service is great, price is on the expensive side, but the team does work with you to make it feasible, install is easy, and it is much less stress and hassle than getting different windows that wouldn't do as good of a job. I would definitely recommend Indow inserts to anyone having sound issues in their house or neighborhood.

Only one thing to say... I am absolutely in love with the indow insert.. We only did a few windows to see if they would be workable and suitable for us up here in the north,, and what I can say is they are great.

Will order for the rest of the house when the funds warrant. The procedure was painless and the questions answered well. The overall packaging was a bit destroyed when delivered but there was no damage to the inserts and considering the length of travel to the destination it was to be expected. Overall very happy.

After doing a little research on window inserts I decided to take a shot with Indow. I was a bit hesitant but the whole process was super easy and I had all the support I needed when measuring the windows.

The shipment was faster than quoted and everything showed up without any damage. the inserts themselves were amazingly simple to pop in and back out as needed.

Now for the best part, Living in new England fuel costs in the Winter (Oil) can be pretty rough. During our first Winter with the inserts we ended up saving $3,000 on our oil costs year over year! to say I was a bit surprised while being ecstatic would be an understatement as this represents about half the cost of the actual inserts!

This also means that after using them this Summer while running the A/C during the hottest months and again next winter, the inserts will have paid for themselves in a single year (2 winter seasons) of use.

I would say we got a big bang for our bucks and would recommend these inserts to anyone else interested!! 10/10!!

I am extremely pleased with my window inserts. I use one of my bedrooms as a music practice room (sax, clarinet). Before the inserts, my wife walked outside and said "it sounds like you're playing with the windows open." After the inserts, she walked outside and said "she couldn't hear a thing." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!
