What do you find most rewarding about interacting with customers?
I love meeting new people and getting small glimpses into their lives. A lot of the time people are in transitional life stages when they’re looking into Indow, be it buying a new home or getting ready to have kids, and I love being able to assist in that process.
What’s the best part of working at Indow?
The emphasis Indow places on caring for the environment is very important to me, but the best part is the very supportive group of people I work with!

We are thrilled with our Indow window inserts! I'd been on the lookout for a more permanent solution to leaky windows in our third floor living space. I discovered Indow on social media but since then have learned of friends who'd had Indow recommended to them by their rennovation contractor. The entire process went smoothly with friendly reps at hand to talk through questions during measuring, etc. They fit perfectly and help us to maintain the beautiful design of the windows on our 100 year old home! Highly recommend!!

Indow inserts were easy to measure, order and install. They've provided great insulation for old single-pane and stained glass windows in an antique home. We can significantly feel how much better the home holds heat.

We used the windows inserts in our skylight. They are great! They the horrible drafts and noise out and were cost efficient. My only comment would be to provide better measurement and installation instructions for skylights specifically. It took us a lot of guessing and research to measure and install because skylight directions were not provided and the windows install guide doesn't always apply to skylights. Other than that though great product and I would buy again!

I am so happy after getting window inserts from Indows,reduced noise problem. Great product, fit and finish was high quality. The difference of road noise was amazing. I rarel. Hear vehicles any more. Before it sounded like they were going to drive theough the wondow. Great invention!

It could have been better if the pallet was collected after the delivery. Also the inserts are more beneficial for picture/fixed windows rather than open windows. The price of insert are expensive.

Our window inserts have decreased road noise in our bedroom by 75 percent which we are very pleased with. The whole process was extremely simple and organized. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. The inserts were simple to install and I would recommend to others.

Indow made consulting, measuring, ordering and installing very easy. In my case, I needed a way to keep condensation and mildew out of the bathroom skylight. For the product and services they provide, it was less expensive than I would have guessed. Kaya was my product specialist that I communicated with. He was great. He guided me through the process and answered my many questions, ensuring my skylight insert would fit. I am very pleased with the product and this company!

We were excited to receive our Indows, but once we got them in, we were blown away! They match our woodwork almost perfectly. Installing them was far easier than we had anticipated, and we were immediately impressed by the noise reduction, as well as the ability to reduce the impact of the windows on our indoor temperature! Couldn't be more pleased and very excited to be able to add "custom" shapes for the top of our lancet windows.

Good quality window inserts. Easy to install. Unfortunately, doesn't do much to block road noise that I was hoping it would help with. Website is clear on the uses so I can't say it was false advertising, just buyer error.

I was extremely impressed with my Indow experience from start to finish. There was great communication throughout, and the process went according to how they told us it would. The product is superb. A real innovative way to block out the highway noise for us! We love the Indow inserts.

Excellent solution to completely replacing all 16 of my windows The cost was 28% of all new windows. Window fit was excellent. 9 of my windows were 36x55 inches. My bay windows were 21x 55 very large and very odd sizes. Great job !
