Indow is fully operational, providing comfort and quiet in spaces near and far. Our office team is working remotely to provide the same excellent support and our Portland, OR factory workers are processing orders using Clean Manufacturing principles we developed to keep them safe. We are now offering contactless installation nationwide.

All current operations are permitted under Gov. Brown’s executive order.

Our Clean Manufacturing methods (based on Lean Manufacturing) reduce the possibility of COVID-19 transmission to support the health of our employees, customers, and community. These practices will help us either stay operational or transition back to serving you more quickly in the event of a full shutdown. Read about Clean Manufacturing here.

If you are located in an area usually serviced by a dealer, it is likely we will transition your order to factory-direct. This means you will have contactless installation and work with Indow-based experts remotely – no need for someone to enter your home. This program has been in service for years and is backed by our Snug Fit guarantee. Service availability depends on your local policies and you can learn more by speaking with us.

Contactless installation starts with the Clean Practices in the factory. We clean the kits and window inserts before they are sent to you. Deliveries are left outside your house so you can access and install it yourself.

We believe providing comfort and quiet in a time of uncertainty is essential. Supporting small businesses that are taking the right steps and protecting their employees is another essential role in making it through this crisis together. We thank you for making our business possible and look forward to serving you.
